Default Does Toyota Have Something to Hide?

We always seem to equate Toyota with quality and best practices, but a recent federal racketeering lawsuit filed by a former attorney accuses the company of "ruthless conspiracy" to keep evidence "of its vehicles' structural shortcomings from becoming known," according to a report by CBS News.

Dimitrios P. Biller, former managing counsel for Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. says the company was illegally withholding evidence relating to over 300 rollover accidents involving roof crush issues.

I always try to wait until all the facts are known, but if the initial allegation is true then Toyota should be burned WELL by the media and the industry.

Their brand and reputation will take a hit that they will have to recover from.
