OHSA Question - Office Environment

Hopefully someone can help...

Can anyone tell me if unbundled computer wires and extension cords in a office environment are an OHSA violation; if so what is the violation reference.

1./ OSHA really isn't interested in small biz, they like to go after bigger firms and set examples that will be followed by smaller firms
2./ Probably not
3./ Get a life
4./ If they are causing a trip and fall hazard approach management on the basis of a lawsuit would increase their insurance premiums substantially.
5./ Tie them with string, it would look awful and somebofy might get the message
