Kaizens through Standardized Work (video)

Despite the explanations are in French this video is self-explanatory about the many Kaizens people need to do in order to reach the Standardized Work Nirvana.

I created this game so my students could discover by themselves the way to implement Standardized work. It worked so well and they were so enthusiasts that they made this video.
