I read today in the UK's Plastics & Rubber Weekly an article entitled "US Medical Device Tax Would Cost Millions".

One contributor states "Our competitors in other countries are sitting back, smiling and licking their chops."

Would those be in the countries that have state run healthcare systems, where every income earning individual contributes toward the non-profit healthcare system that cares for everyone I wonder?
